Todd Green’s six-round test. Short, honest, hard to fake.
What this proves: You can draw, hit small, reload and hit again, all on one clock.
Scored by: Time with penalties · Log it in Range Log
Setup
7 yards. F.A.S.T. target (a 3×5 head box and an 8-inch circle). 6 rounds: two in the gun’s first magazine, four in the spare. Draw from concealment.
How to run it
- On the beep: draw, two shots to the 3×5.
- Slide-lock reload.
- Four shots to the 8-inch circle. Stop the clock on the last shot.
The standard
Clean-run rule: A miss doesn’t void the run, it costs time: plus 2.00 on the 3×5 and plus 1.00 on the 8-inch circle. Log the first run of the day, not your best.
