Can you ship a gun to my house?

No. It ships to an FFL you choose at checkout. Details: FFL Transfers.

How do I find a dealer?

Search by ZIP at checkout. Call them first to make sure they take transfers and to ask their fee.

My dealer isn’t in the list. Now what?

Have them email a signed copy of their license to sales@rtbarms.us.

Who sets the transfer fee?

Your dealer does. Ask when you call.

Will you receive a gun I bought somewhere else?

Yes. Transfers are $35 each. Form 4 transfers aren’t included; call us for those.

Can I pick up at RTB Arms?

If you live in New Hampshire, yes, by appointment.

I’m outside New Hampshire. Can I buy a suppressor here?

Yes. Buy it here and we’ll ship it to a dealer you choose in your home state.

What does shipping cost?

It depends on the item and who holds it. Your cart shows the real number before you pay. The lowest charge is $5.

How fast does it ship?

Most orders receive tracking within 2–6 business days (weekends excluded).

Can I return it?

No. All sales are final. Check the listing, and call or email if anything’s unclear before you buy. If it arrives damaged, wrong or defective, contact us with your order number.

What if my order is cancelled?

The charge is voided or refunded.
