How it ships
Ammo, gear and accessories ship to your door. Guns ship to an FFL you choose. You finish the paperwork there and take it home.
New Hampshire residents can also pick up at RTB Arms by appointment.
What shipping costs
Rates depend on who holds the item and what it is. A rifle and a box of mags don’t ship the same way. Your cart shows the real number before you pay. The lowest charge on any order is $5.
Some small orders add an “Additional handling” line. You’ll see it in the cart before you pay.
When it ships
Most orders receive tracking within 2–6 business days (weekends excluded). We email tracking as soon as it ships.
Ammo
Ammo ships to your door in most states. Ammo going to New York, Washington DC, Massachusetts or California has to go to a dealer you choose in your home state instead. Checkout will ask you to choose one. Call them first to make sure they’re accepting ammo transfers.
Returns
All sales are final. We don’t take returns or exchanges.
Check the listing before you buy: model, caliber or size, finish, options. If anything isn’t clear, call or email first. We’d rather answer the question than have you guess.
Damaged, wrong or defective
If it shows up damaged, wrong or broken, or a transfer can’t be finished, contact us with your order number. Report it within 1 day of delivery. We’ll tell you what we can do.
Cancelled orders
If an order is cancelled, the charge is voided or refunded.
