When you check out, we collect what we need to fill and ship the order: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and what you bought. Card details go to Authorize.net. We do not store your full card number on this site.
If you create an account, we store your email, your password in encrypted form, and your order history. You can see and edit those details under My Account.
For firearm orders, we collect the dealer you pick and share the order details with that dealer so they can complete the transfer.
If you sign up for emails in the footer or when you create an account, we send your email address to Mailchimp, which runs our list. If you ask to be told when an out-of-stock item is back, we store your email and that product so we can send that one notice.
Like most sites, we also record basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and the link or site that brought you here.
Cookies and related tools keep the cart and login working. WooCommerce order-attribution cookies (names starting with sbjs) record how you arrived and can save that with an order. Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics, run by Automattic, count page views and store activity and set cookies starting with tk. Mailchimp’s site script helps us see which emails lead to visits and orders. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person. Hostinger’s content network may set a cookie. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block cart and login cookies, you will not be able to check out.
We use this information to process and ship orders, run your account, answer questions, send the emails you signed up for, keep the site secure, and see what is working.
We share information only with companies that help run the store, and only what each one needs: the receiving dealer for firearm orders, Authorize.net for payment, shipping carriers, Printful for apparel orders, Mailchimp for the email list, and Automattic, Cloudflare, Google Fonts, and Hostinger as described above. We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Our GunBroker store is a separate site with GunBroker’s own privacy policy.
We keep order records as long as we need them to fill the order, keep our books, and meet the record-keeping rules that apply to a licensed dealer. Account details stay until you ask us to close the account. Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can update your account under My Account. To get a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email sales@rtbarms.us. Records we are required to keep, such as order and transfer records, stay on file for as long as the rules require.
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
